Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME)

Medical Risk Management, Inc. is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing education to physicians.
Medical Risk Management, Inc. designates these continuing medical educational activities for the designated number of credits in Category 1 credit toward the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award. Each physician should claim only those credits that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
These CME activities have been planned and developed in accordance with the ACCME Essentials and Standards for Enduring Materials.

Dental Accreditation

The Medical Protective Company is designated as a nationally approved sponsor by the Academy of General Dentistry.  The formal continuing education programs of this sponsor are accepted by AGD for Fellowship, Mastership and membership main-tenance credit.  Approval does not imply acceptance by a state or provincial board of dentistry.  The current term of approval extends from 10/19/03 to 10/18/07.
